Locally

Faith Tabernacle Church of Kokomo began in 1954 under the leadership of Rev. Stanley and Mrs. Marie Purvis. The congregation expanded and outgrew the original facility, until the construction of the present building in 1979. Rev. Daniel and Mrs. Kay Purvis have continued to lead the church since 1988. This local church is affiliated with the Assemblies of the Lord Jesus Christ. Our purpose is to:

• Reach people with the good news of Jesus Christ
• Relate them to the church family
• Raise them into spiritual maturity.

Nationally

ALJC's long term objective is to spread the message of Jesus thoughout North America.

Internationally

ALJC's long term objective is to spread the message of Jesus thoughout the World through our Foreign Missions Department.
